Call in Maintenance Details: 


Our regular "Call in Maintenance" hours of operation are: Monday- Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Weekend and/or after regular business hours "call in maintenance" would be considered billable at $100.00 per hour and limited to what is covered in our call in maintenance details below.

Please note that we are not electricians, facility maintenance personnel, tree trimmers or critter catchers and therefore are not trained and/or required to provide or fix issues related to electrical power sources and/or facility issues regarding our full holiday lighting service. 


Here are the details of the "call in maintenance" included with our full holiday lighting service:


  • Our "call in maintenance" is limited to replacing bad or burnt out bulbs that have gone out after installation. We test all of our installation products and/or materials prior to installation to ensure that they are all in good working condition. If any bad or burnt out bulbs are discovered during the initial testing and/or installation process they are replaced by the installation crew.  


  • Clips and the initial timer provided during the initial installation are included in the free call in maintenance. However, if the initial timer is stolen and/or removed by someone other than the installation crew there will be a fee to replace the timer which will be billable to the client at the current replacement cost. 


       Other issues not covered under our "call in maintenance" and which are billable at the current replacement cost are:​​

  •  ​Replacing extension cords and/or light strings damaged by mowers, power rakes, snow blowers and/or chewed through by rabbits or squirrels, or stolen are not included for free under our "call in maintenance" policy. These items are necessary and will need to be billed at the current replacement costs.


  • The initial timer provided with our full service is either factory set from dusk to daylight or set to the specific times in which the client has provided prior to installation.
